Are you playing in the right modes? Crowns only drop in standard Battle Royale modes, not in LTMs or Creative.

Hey, I had the same issue! Turns out, I was only playing Limited Time Modes (LTMs). Make sure you're in the main Battle Royale modes!

To get crowns in Fortnite, you need to win a game in Solo, Duos, or Squads. If you don't win, no crown for you!
