You might be overloaded with too much loot! Carrying too much stuff makes you move like a snail. Try dropping some items or upgrading your character's carrying capacity.

Heavy armor can also slow you down. Switch to lighter gear, and you'll be back to zooming across the galaxy!

Check if you're in a low-gravity planet. Starfield's physics can mess with your speed. Sometimes it's just the planet's fault.
