They're sold out because everyone's trying to find that rare card that'll make them the envy of the playground... or the internet. Plus, with the online game, more people want physical cards to add to their digital collections. It's like a never-ending cycle of gotta catch 'em all, but with cards.

Scalpers. They buy up stock faster than you can say 'Pikachu, I choose you!' and sell them at higher prices. It's a real problem in the community, making it harder for genuine fans to get their hands on the cards.

Good question! It's mainly because Pokemon TCG has seen a massive resurgence in popularity. Thanks to both nostalgic adults reliving their childhoods and a new generation discovering the joys of collecting and battling. The hype has definitely led to stock flying off the shelves faster than a Rapidash at full sprint.

Actually, while they can be hard to find, not ALL Pokemon cards are sold out. Local game stores often have stocks; you just need to keep an eye out and maybe make friends with the store manager. ?

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
