Why are Funko Pop Prices Dropping?

Funko Pop prices might be dropping for a few reasons. Supply and demand, folks! As more people sell off their collections, there's more supply than demand. Plus, with Funko constantly releasing new figures, collectors might prioritize newer pops over older ones, leading to lower prices on the secondary market. Also, condition matters—a banged-up box can drop the price significantly!

Market saturation, simple as that. There are so many Funko Pops out there now, it's hard for all but the rarest ones to keep their value up. It's basic economics.

Honestly, I think it's all about the hype dying down a bit. They were the hottest thing for a while, but as with any collectible, interest can peak and then wane. Doesn't mean they're not cool, just means the market is adjusting.

They're not dropping; you're just looking at the wrong ones! Some of my rarest Pops have only gone up in value. You gotta know what to collect.

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
