Why aren't my pregnant dwellers having babies in Fallout Shelter?
Your pregnant dwellers won't give birth until you have enough space in your vault. If your population is maxed out, no new babies can be born. Check your vault's capacity and make sure you've got room for more dwellers. Also, ensure that living quarters are sufficiently upgraded or build new ones to accommodate the growing population!

I think it's a bug. My dwellers were pregnant forever until I restarted the game. Try closing and reopening your game, might work.
Check for radiation. If your vault's not happy or you're struggling with resources, it might delay childbirth. Make sure your dwellers are happy and healthy!
Pregnant dwellers taking their sweet time? Just part of the game, buddy. Patience is key. They'll pop 'em out eventually.
Babies take time! Your pregnant dwellers need a bit of time before they're ready to give birth. It's not instant - usually takes a few hours of real-time play. Keep the game going and give it a little while, those babies will show up.
