Why isn't Black Clover: Quartet Knights on Xbox One?
Nobody knows for sure, but maybe the Xbox market just wasn't big enough for them to justify the cost and effort.

Probably because the developers decided to focus on PlayStation and PC platforms for their primary audience. Sometimes, it's just logistics and where they think the majority of fans are!
Look, not every game makes it to every platform. Just play it on PS4 or PC and enjoy the magic!
