You probably have your 'Stereo Mix' enabled or your mic is picking up your speaker sound. Try using headphones!

Check your audio settings! Your mic might be set to 'What U Hear' or something similar. Switch it to just your mic.

I had the same issue. Turning off 'Stereo Mix' in my Sound settings fixed it for me. Worth a shot!

It could be a noisy mic. Consider turning down your sensitivity or getting a mic that doesn't pick up everything around you.
