Try alt-tabbing out of the game and then alt-tabbing back in. This refreshes the game’s recognition of your mouse. Works like a charm sometimes!

Oh, the classic GTA mouse issue! It's likely because GTA San Andreas was originally designed for consoles, not PCs, so sometimes the mouse can act up. A quick fix is to run the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP or disable the visual themes. Also, check if your mouse drivers are up to date, that can sometimes fix it.

Just plug in a controller and forget the mouse. GTA feels better with it anyway.

You might need to fiddle with the game's settings file. Look online for a tutorial on how to modify the 'gta_sa.set' file to get your mouse working. It's a bit techy but it does the trick!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
