Make sure you're using the 'Build Mode' and have enough money! Also, check if the walls are properly aligned and not floating. If all else fails, try restarting your game. Sometimes Bloxburg just needs a little nudge!

You need to have enough money and be in Build Mode. Double-check those walls!
Are you in Build Mode? If you're still stuck, remember Bloxburg is a bit picky about wall alignment. If they're not perfectly aligned, the roof won't place.
I've had this problem too! Turns out my walls weren't properly aligned. Fixing that solved it!
