To buy a horse in BitLife, make sure your character lives in a country where horse ownership is allowed and you have enough money. Keep aging up and checking the Pet Store until you find a horse available for purchase.
Make sure you have the 'Bitizenship' upgrade! Some features like buying a horse can be locked without it.
