It might be your internet connection. If it's slow or unstable, try moving closer to your router or restarting it.
I've had this issue before! It was my parental controls blocking the download; try turning them off temporarily.
Just download it from the official App Store or Google Play Store. If it still doesn't work, that's some weird tech gremlin.
