You need to chill and check your game version, buddy. If you're not all on the same update, multiplayer is a no-go. Learned that the hard way. ?
Servers might be down. Happens more than you'd think. Wait it out.
Could be a NAT type issue. Palworld's kinda picky with connections. Try opening some ports or switch to a different network and see if that fixes it.
