You can only store fruits if you buy the Game Pass. Without it, unfortunately, you can’t keep them!

The game only lets you store fruits if you have the Treasure Inventory game pass. Otherwise, the storage option won't be available.

Dude, just buy the Fruit Storage game pass. That's the only way to store fruits, period.
