You can't teleport in Rise of Kingdoms if your city is under attack, in a war frenzy, or if you have troops outside your city. Check these conditions before you hit that teleport button!

Make sure your teleport item is in your inventory and you're not in a restricted zone. Also, check that all your troops are home!
Check your city to make sure it's not involved in a battle or that you don't have troops marching outside. Teleport items also have different types, so ensure you have the right one!
Sometimes you can't teleport if you're in an alliance territory and their leader doesn't allow it. Always double-check with your alliance rules!
You can't teleport because teleporting is overrated. Real warriors march.
