Why can't I use my keys in Subway Surfers?

Make sure you're trying to use keys for what they're actually for – reviving your character after a crash or unlocking special items and characters. If you're trying to spend them like coins, that won't work because keys and coins have different purposes in the game. Also, check if there's a glitch by restarting the game or checking if your app needs an update. Sometimes, a simple refresh fixes everything!

u cant use keys to buy stuff like u do with coins. keys are basically for getting back into the game when u wipe out and for special things. if it's not working, ur game might be glitching.

Keys only work for revives and special unlocks. If they're not working, might be a bug. Try updating or reinstalling the app.

If you're a Subway Surfers player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Subway Surfers essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
