Like a lot of major games, NBA 2K isn’t available on Mac due to limited support and potentially lower demand. Try using Parallels Desktop to run Windows on your Mac.

Macs can't play NBA 2K because the game isn't developed or optimized for the macOS. Time to consider Boot Camp or a console!
