If the co-host is using a different platform (like mobile vs desktop), Facebook sometimes has quirks. Have them switch and try again!
Maybe Facebook is just having a hiccup. Tech happens! Give it a bit and try later.
In my experience, it was a simple fix. Just make sure they're an official co-host in the event settings.
