Honestly, it could just be Facebook doing its thing. It happens to me once in a while too, just sign back in and you should be good.
You might've cleared your browser cache or cookies. This can log you out occasionally, so double-check those settings.
Happened to me last week! Turns out an update was rolling out. No worries, just log back in and it's usually fine.
