It鈥檚 all about the money! When sales drop, publishers drop too. That's why Gintama's English run got cut short.
The Gintama manga stopped printing in English mainly due to low sales and market demand. Unfortunately, even the best samurai can't fight poor sales numbers!
I love Gintama as much as the next person, but the English manga just didn't sell enough. It was a sad day in my Gintoki-loving household.
