The cracks on the characters come from the de-petrification process! After being turned to stone for thousands of years, when they're revived, the stone leaves cracks on their skin as a remnant of the petrification.

It's all thanks to the petrification! When people get de-petrified, the stone leaves some nifty cracks as a reminder of their rocky past.

Because being turned into stone for millennia isn't exactly a spa treatment! Those cracks are a part of the revival process.

Just think of them as cool battle scars from being turned into statues and then brought back to life!

If you're a Dr. Stone fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
