It's all about timing! Try waiting a split second longer before you swing, and you'll see those pop-ups turn into line drives.

It's probably your swing trajectory. Try focusing on hitting more line drives or ground balls by adjusting your swing direction.

Make sure you're not swinging under the ball. Keep the PCI (Plate Coverage Indicator) more centered to avoid those pop-ups.

LOL, maybe your player's allergic to hitting home runs? Nah, just kidding. Seriously though, adjust your batting stance to generate less loft.

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
