Had the same problem. Turned out my router was the villain. After updating its firmware and setting up a static IP for my console, disconnections dropped significantly. Might be worth giving your home network a check!
Servers are just bad. End of story.
Check your firewall settings. Apex Legends needs certain ports open to connect to its servers properly. If those ports are blocked, it could lead to disconnection issues.
