It's probably bcs of your mic settings or maybe your mic itself! Check if Noise Suppression is on or if you have the correct input device selected.
I had this issue too, turned out my microphone gain was too high. Try lowering the gain in your sound settings.
Hot take: maybe just get a better mic. Not all mics are created equal!
Make sure your mic isn't too close or too far! Position can really mess with the sound. Also, try resetting the voice settings in Discord.
