I had the same problem! I fixed it by clearing the cache on my Xbox One. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down, then unplug it for a minute before turning it back on. Worked like a charm for me!

Your Sims 4 might be crashing because of a shortage of system memory or running out of storage space. Clear some space and reboot your console; it might help!

Hey, that sounds super frustrating! Sims 4 crashes on Xbox One could be due to corrupted game files. Try reinstalling the game; it often fixes the issue!

Honestly, sometimes it鈥檚 just the game itself being finicky. Saving frequently and restarting the console every so often can reduce crashes.

Get the latest update for the game and your Xbox. Sometimes missing updates cause these crashes.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
