I had this issue too, and it turned out my controller needed a firmware update. Connect it with a USB cable to your console and update the firmware.

Your controller might keep disconnecting because of interference from other wireless devices. Try moving these devices away or turning them off to see if it helps!

Check if the batteries are low or need replacing. A weak battery can cause the controller to lose connection.

Make sure your console and controller are within the recommended range. If you're too far away, the connection can drop - stay within 20-30 feet for best results!

It's probably more common than you think - try resetting your controller by holding down the sync button for about 10 seconds.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
