Why doesn't Boruto have a lot of chakra?
Boruto's chakra levels are average because he didn't inherit the Nine-Tails power from his dad, Naruto. Also, he's younger and still has a lot to learn. Give him time!

Although Boruto doesn't have an insane amount of chakra like Naruto, he makes up for it with his skill, strategy, and some unique abilities. Power isn't everything, y'know!
