Why Doesn't Kakashi Have Sharingan in Boruto?
Kakashi lost his Sharingan during the Fourth Great Ninja War when Madara took it. He never got it back after that.

It's all because Obito, who originally gave him the Sharingan, took it back temporarily before passing away. Kakashi didn't regain it afterward.
Because Kakashi retired from being Hokage, and he just really doesn't need it anymore to show he's the most chill and skilled ninja in town!
He lost it in the final battles of Naruto Shippuden. Now, no Sharingan, but still a total badass.
