Sometimes friends disappear due to server issues or bugs. Try restarting the app or even reinstalling it; it worked for me!

Your friend might not show up in 8 Ball Pool if they haven't linked their game to Facebook or Miniclip. Double-check that both of you are connected through the same platform.
