Why don't my characters transfer in Subway Surfers?
Uh-oh! Sounds like your Subway Surfers squad isn't syncing up right. Most of the time, this happens 'cause the game's data isn't backed up or shared between devices properly. Make sure you're logged into the same Game Center or Google Play Games account on all your devices. If you've been playing offline or you switch accounts, your characters, coins, and boards won't automatically transfer. Sometimes, just logging back into the right account does the trick!

If your characters aren't transferring, it’s probably because you're not using the cloud save feature or you switched devices without backing up. Happened to me once. I had to log back into my Google Play account, and boom, everything was right there. Always make sure to use the same account on all devices!
