Grey screen can happen if Discord's stuck loading. Clear cache & cookies or reinstall the app. That usually does the trick!

That pesky grey screen? Try refreshing Discord using Ctrl + R or Cmd + R on Mac. Works like magic!

Your internet connection might be the culprit. Make sure everything's fine on that end.

I had the same issue! I fixed it by disabling hardware acceleration in Discord settings.
