Make sure your Fortnite is updated. Sometimes, you can't log in if you're running an outdated version of the game!
It might be a server issue. Check out the [Epic Games Status page](https://status.epicgames.com/) to see if there are any outages or maintenance happening.
Hot take: Maybe you just forgot your password? Try resetting it and see if that works!
From my experience, sometimes my antivirus or firewall settings block me from logging in. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that solves the issue.
