Sometimes it's due to server maintenance or updates. Epic Games often rolls out new content that requires downtime.

Fortnite鈥檚 queue times can be pretty lengthy during peak hours鈥攚hen everyone and their dog is trying to get in on the action!

The matchmaking system tries to find players with similar skill levels, which can take a bit longer during off-peak times or in less populated regions.

Fortnite's long queue times? Just means the game's still super popular! Give it a sec, you'll be in soon.

Took forever for me to get in last night and turns out it was just my internet being wonky. Check your connection too!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
