Sometimes, the Epic Games servers just need a little vacation. Wait a bit and try again later!
Make sure your game files are up-to-date and fully verified in the Epic Games Launcher. This often fixes the issue.
Had this issue last week! Clearing the launcher鈥檚 web cache solved it for me.
It's also worth checking if there's a firewall or antivirus software blocking Fortnite from accessing the update servers.
