It might be your internet connection! Try restarting your router or moving closer to it. Wi-Fi gremlins can be tricky!

Epic Games servers could be overloaded. Sometimes, too many players updating at once can cause delays. Patience, young padawan!

Check if other devices are hogging the bandwidth. Streaming movies, downloading big files, or even other games updating at the same time can slow things down.

Could just be bad luck. Try pausing the update and starting it again. Sometimes all it needs is a little nudge to get going.

Your device might need a little TLC. Free up some storage space, close background apps, and make sure your system software is up-to-date.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
