Check your mic sensitivity settings in the game. Sometimes lowering the sensitivity can help reduce echo.

Your mic might be echoing in Fortnite because of feedback from your speakers. Try using headphones instead of speakers!

Honestly, it could just be a glitch with the game. Restarting Fortnite often fixes random issues like this for me.

An echo can happen if both your in-game voice chat and a platform's party chat (like Xbox Live or PlayStation Network) are active. Make sure only one is on.

Make sure your microphone isn't too close to another audio source like your monitor speakers. Distance helps!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
