Honestly, Hulu just doesn't always stream anime in the best quality. Better to watch it on Crunchyroll.
It鈥檚 probably because some of the episodes on Hulu are older and haven't been updated to HD. Crunchyroll might have better quality if you're looking for that crisp animation!
The quality can also depend on the device and settings you're using to stream, so make sure everything's set to HD. I stream on Hulu too and faced this before.
