Make sure the app is updated. Old versions tend to misbehave! Head to the app store and see if there's a pending update.

My game wouldn鈥檛 load until I cleared the cache. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Need for Speed No Limits > Storage > Clear Cache. Worked like a charm for me!

If you're low on device storage or RAM, the game might struggle. Clear some space and close background apps to help it run smoothly.

Could be the servers being down. Happens sometimes with EA games. Check their official Twitter or support site for updates.
