One Punch Man isn't on Crunchyroll because streaming rights for anime can get pretty complicated. Currently, the rights for streaming One Punch Man are with Funimation and Hulu. They snagged the exclusive deals, so if you wanna watch Saitama in action, you'll have to head over there!
Funimation and Hulu have the streaming rights for One Punch Man. That's why you can't watch it on Crunchyroll.
It's all about the benjamins. Crunchyroll can't have everything, after all!
From personal experience, I had the same issue trying to find One Punch Man on Crunchyroll. Luckily, I found it on Hulu and got my fix!
