Reggie Miller isn't in NBA 2K due to licensing issues. He hasn't agreed to let 2K use his likeness. Classic case of a legend playing hard to get!

It鈥檚 all about those licensing rights! 2K hasn't secured the rights to include Reggie Miller, so he's still MIA.
