You gotta finish the current season phase before scouting unlocks. Just complete the phase, and you'll be good to go!

It鈥檚 probably because you aren鈥檛 in the right phase of the season. Scouting only activates in certain parts of the franchise mode, like the offseason.

Scouting gets locked in MLB The Show 24 when you're in a game or simulation. Exit those to access it right away!
