Usually, the Fortnite servers go down for scheduled maintenance or to roll out new updates and content. Gotta keep things fresh!

Maintenance and updates, mostly. Check their Twitter for real-time updates鈥攖hey usually let us know the reason.

Epic Games loves adding new stuff and fixing bugs. Server downtime is the price we pay for fresh content!

If Epic Games is aware of an issue, they could take the servers down to fix it. Better safe than sorry, right?

I鈥檝e noticed servers tend to go down right before big events or new season launches. Keeps the hype alive!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
