Honestly, the anime ending of Soul Eater just doesn't do justice to the incredible buildup and character development from the series. It left a lot of fans, including myself, feeling unsatisfied.

The Soul Eater ending feels rushed and differs significantly from the manga, leaving many plot points unresolved. It's like the creators ran out of time and ideas at the same moment.

As someone who read the manga first, the anime ending just pales in comparison. They missed out on major story arcs that make the manga's conclusion far more epic. Highly recommend checking out the manga if you haven't!

Hot take: The ending isn't bad, it's just different. Give it a second watch and you might appreciate it more!
