Every fandom has its bad apples, and Undertale's passionate fanbase sometimes clashes over different interpretations and playstyles. Just like in any large community, a few loud voices can spoil the vibe for everyone else.

Hot take: It's not the community that's toxic; it's just the internet. Undertale fans are no worse than any other fanbase.

I've been part of the Undertale fandom since the beginning, and most folks are genuinely great! The toxicity usually comes from a vocal minority who take the game's themes too personally or aggressively push their way of enjoying the game.

People get very passionate about the game's characters and choices. This can sometimes lead to intense debates and, unfortunately, some negativity. Just don't let a few bad experiences ruin the whole community for you!

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
