VRV focuses on a different set of licenses and currently Tokyo Ghoul isn't part of their portfolio. It happens!

Tokyo Ghoul isn't on VRV because its streaming rights are owned by other platforms like Crunchyroll and Funimation. Licensing agreements can be tricky!
