Valheim can be laggy on Xbox One because the game is still in early access and not fully optimized for the console. Try lowering the graphics settings to see if it helps!

It's likely due to the Xbox One hardware struggling to keep up with the game's demands. If you've got an older model, that might be part of the problem.

To be honest, Valheim is just not perfectly optimized for Xbox One yet. I'd suggest playing on PC if you can, or maybe upgrading to an Xbox Series X/S.

Check for any updates for both the game and your Xbox. Sometimes developers release patches that fix performance issues.

Yep, Valheim runs better on higher-end hardware. Xbox One might just be too old to handle the game smoothly.
