Netflix has the subbed version of One Punch Man, but if you want the dubbed version, you'll need to check out Funimation or Hulu. Licensing and regional content restrictions can be a pain sometimes!

Not all countries have the same content on Netflix, and the English dub of One Punch Man is one of those things missing in some regions. Try Funimation or Hulu instead.

Netflix has different content in different regions, and OPM dub isn't available everywhere. Funimation and Hulu are better bets!
