Check if your purchase went through properly. Sometimes V-Bucks can take a bit of time to appear, but if it’s been more than 24 hours, you should contact Microsoft support.
Make sure you're logged into the same Microsoft account that you used to buy those V-Bucks. Sometimes it takes a few hours or even a restart of your device to show up!
Honestly, V-Bucks purchases from the Microsoft Store can be glitchy sometimes. Give it some time and if they don't show up, just contact support.
