Why Isn't Wordscapes Using My Facebook Account?

Make sure you’ve given Wordscapes permission to access Facebook. Head to your Facebook settings -> Apps and Websites -> check if Wordscapes is there and has the right permissions.

Try reinstalling the game. It could be a bug, and a fresh install might fix it. Don’t worry, your progress is saved in the cloud if you linked your account!

First, make sure you've linked your Facebook account in the Wordscapes settings. If you already did, try logging out and logging back into both Facebook and Wordscapes. Sometimes the connections just need a little nudge!
