Honestly, Demon Slayer wasn't rushed. The pacing was perfect for the story it wanted to tell. Not everything needs to be stretched out.
I think the ending of Demon Slayer felt rushed because the anime adaptation was so fast-paced and popular that fans were left wanting more.
As a manga reader, I believe it was tightly paced but not rushed. Gotouge delivered a concise and impactful story.
