It's stuck on your arms cuz you need to level up your Aura. Simple as that!
From my experience, just keep grinding and using your Aura. It took me a while, but it eventually extended past my arms!
Your aura won't go past your arms because you need to upgrade your Aura to a higher stage. Keep training and using it!
